Call us or reach out via this website or DM. We will book you in for a consultation appointment and confirm it via text and/or email. You will then receive directions on how to reach us, including parking details.
Step 01:
Enquiry & Booking
You will receive an appointment reminder 48 hours before you are due to attend. You will also receive (via text message and/or email), a secure and heavily encrypted general health questionnaire prior to your consultation. Please complete, sign and return within 24 hours.
STEP 02: APPOINTMENT REMINDER
You will be able to park for free with our dedicated clinic parking pass. You will be greeted with a warm welcome and a fresh cup of tea or coffee - or the beverage of your choice. There is free Wi-Fi and phone chargers, should you require them.
STEP 03:
ARRIVING AT YOUR CONSULTATION
Your consultation usually lasts 45 minutes. We will discuss your concerns and the results you hope to achieve, and at the end of your consultation, a treatment plan will be recommended. A treatment-specific consultation form will then be sent, and this must be completed prior to the treatment taking place.
Step 04: Your Consultation
After a warm welcome and beverage, you will be asked to sign the consent for your treatment. You will be guided through the treatment process, with ample opportunity to ask further questions. Once your treatment is complete, you can relax and enjoy a drink. We will then schedule your next appointment.
Step 05: Your Treatment
Within 24 hours you will receive an email asking for feedback. This is a vital part of the service we provide, as your welfare and comfort are our only concerns. You will be given an out-of-hours telephone number following your treatment, this line is available 24 hours a day.
Step 06: Your Feedback
Your follow-up appointment will be held at the clinic or via telephone, whichever is more convenient for you. This ensures that you can ask any further questions and we can review your results together.

Certain technologies may be contra-indicated by a particular condition, and a thorough consultation reveals this. Ultimately, this means we offer the most appropriate solution, unique to you.
Remember, everything we do is a collaboration, and the consultation process is a perfect example of this; it is the ideal forum for you to ask as many questions as you wish, so that you can make an educated and informed decision about the most suitable treatments available to you.
Following every treatment, you will be sent home with a detailed after-care plan, which includes our 24-hour helpline number. You are never ‘out of the loop’ and have absolute access to care and advice at all times.

Clinic № 2 is home to some of the world’s most potent technologies and a number of our treatments unequivocally require patch tests. Your skin and body are unique to you, and no two clients will react in the same way when exposed to powerful therapies.
For your safety and well-being, patch tests are mandatory for most of our laser and light-based treatments, and may be required for certain chemical peels.
